About Us:
CP Financial and CP Realty Inc. was founded by
Christopher M. Petersen in 2002 with the desire of
creating a one-stop financial store for those looking
for expert advice and caring hand. Christopher began
his mortgage career working as an assistant at one
of the largest Thrift-lenders in California and working
persistently up the ladder till he began working in the
bank's underwriting department. After years of learning
what makes a lender "click", he decided that he could
take his career further by bringing a new and fresh idea
to the mortgage origination industry.
