Carolina started her career in finance as a loan processor in 1998 working with one of California's highest volume loan officers. In 2000 along with Christopher Petersen went to operate a mortgage branch office for one of California's largest mortgage brokerages. As the Assistant Branch Manager Carolina's branch in one year became the highest producing and most profitable branches in the entire company. Afterwards wanting to create a more flexible and higher quality real estate company, Carolina and Christopher created CP Financial and CP Realty Inc.
