Beginning his finance career in 1998 working for a local community bank, Christopher quickly went from the bank's asset management team to loan production. After establishing a niche at the bank, Christopher was recruited to operate a mortgage origination office for one of the largest mortgage brokers in California. Subsequently he left with Carolina Petersen to found CP Financial and CP Realty Inc. Christopher's background and experience makes him an expert in loan origination, real estate sales, construction development consulting, credit criteria, and real estate investment.
